The son of a Southern Preacher who grew up on soul, gospel and country music he grew up to become a seasoned vocalist, award-winning songwriter, and soulful performer, Kole (who is an instrumental writer on 6 different Grammy winning and nominated albums) has now added a notch to his string of career milestones that include writing hit singles like Alessia Cara’s “Scars To Your Beautiful” and “Here,” and penning standout tracks for Alicia Keys, John Legend, Halle Bailey, and Jennifer Lopez, among many others.

Now, writer Sebastian Kole is preparing to release music under the name PYNK BEARD, a bold new identity of country adjacent music that he has turned into something uniquely his own.

For Kole, this moment isn’t about accolades—it’s about stepping into the spotlight. With PYNK BEARD, he’s bringing his full artistry forward, offering a multidimensional take on Southern life and reclaiming space in a genre that has historically overlooked voices like his. PYNK BEARD is starting to garner fans in all corners of Country, Soul and Gospel and expanding into 2026 with upcoming appearances in a couple of Documentaries highlighting the Black experience in country music as well as being featured on Americas Got Talent this upcoming year.
