Tab Benoit and Samantha Fish, two Grammy-nominated singers, songwriters, and guitarists, bring their distinctive and powerful brands of Americana roots and blues to the MSU Riley Center. Benoit has built a remarkable career of nearly 40 years on a foundation of gritty, soulful Delta swamp blues. Fish spices her blues-based sound with rock influences, which is why being the opening act for the final U.S. date of the Rolling Stones tour in 2024 was a “bucket list” thrill for her. On this co-headlining tour, each artist plays a separate set. Then Benoit and Fish share the stage for an encore that explodes with guitar fireworks.
