The Molly Ringwalds - (Set time: 7:30 PM)
The Molly Ringwalds
The Molly Ringwalds are not
just another "cover" band.
They are The World's Greatest 80's Experience. Hailing from Sheffield,
England, this legendary quintet has been able to combine their individual
and very formidable talents to create the true essence of the most radical
decade to ever be called "The 80's." The Molly Ringwalds create an 80's
Experience by honing their abilities to apply make-up and tease their hair
while showcasing all the musical genres of the decade. From their days
of building a following at a pub located in a large portion of a big city near a
small village located south of a place you've never heard of, to selling out
large venues in the United States, The Molly Ringwalds are an indescribable
act. Luck and circumstance brought these young lads together. The rest is
the history of the 80's.
Bishop Gunn - (Set time: 5:45 PM)
Bishop Gunn
In April, the band appeared on Kid Rock’s “Chillin’ the Most Cruise” and was voted the best band on the boat by the “chillers.” The group has gone on to do commercial film for Southern Comfort in Clarksdale, Mississippi, and is currently working on a full-length release with Grammy-nominated producer Casey Wasner at Muscle Shoals Sound and the Purple House in Tennessee. Bishop Gunn took the stage at the Pilgrimage Festival in Franklin, Tennessee in September alongside artists like Justin Timberlake, Eddie Vedder, Mavis Staples and Gary Clark Jr. The band then played Laid Back Festival dates with Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band, Jimmy Vaughan, The Gregg Allman Band and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Southern Komfort Brass Band - (Set time: 4:30 PM)
Southern Komfort Brass Band
Founded in 2010, the Jackson (MS)-based Southern Komfort Brass Band brought together 7 musicians who quickly discovered their niche - New Orleans-style street jazz with a unique Mississippi twist.  Countless thousands have traveled to New Orleans to hear the likes of Dirty Dozen, Rebirth, Soul Rebels, Hot 8 and Lil' Rascals Brass Bands.  This jazz cover band figured, why not enjoy this exiting style of music in Mississippi?  And the party has been going on ever since!
Southern Komfort Brass Band presents a live show that focuses on traditional Brass Band standards, originals by the aforementioned groups, and Southern Komfort originals as well as special arrangements of popular blues, jazz and R&B tunes.  This party band has expanded their line-up to include up to 9 musicians. Their act is fast, fun and never fails to get their audiences singing, dancing and occasionally forming second-lines.  Their awards and special recognitions include:
· Best Of Jackson Winner for Best Original Band 2013, 2014 and 2015 (Jackson Free Press)
· Best Of Jackson Winner for Best Cover Band 2013, 2014 and 2015 (Jackson Free Press)

The Bluz Boys - (Set time: 2:30 PM)
The Bluz Boys
If you love Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues, take heart, because the good-time spirit of the Blues Brothers lives on with the Bluz Boys. More than three decades of performing have honed their energetic show, inspired by Saturday Night Live’s legendary duo. Today the Bluz Boys Band is one of the best-known musical entertainers in Mississippi and the Mid-South.
Since 1983, the band has attracted a loyal following of fans who come to revel in the essence of 60s soul music served up in the Memphis tradition of Stax/Volt records. While the Bluz Boys lovingly pay homage to the Belushi/Aykroyd magic, the band features four lead singers, broadening the repertoire. The two front men are “Howlin’ John” Broderick and “Mighty Mike” George; featured female vocalists are Panga “Sweetness” Wilson and “Diamond Debbie” Buie. Other strengths are the band’s horn section, The Bluz Horns, and a super-tight rhythm section comprised of keyboards, bass, lead guitar, and drums.
The Bluz Boys were an annual tradition at the first 30 consecutive Mal’s St. Paddy’s Day Parades in downtown Jackson. They have appeared at virtually every festival and event of consequence throughout Mississippi, have been frequent performers on Mobile’s annual Mardi Gras circuit, and have made featured appearances across the mid-South, including Memphis, Little Rock, Birmingham, New Orleans, Nashville, Pensacola, Alexandria, and all points in between. From their home base in Jackson, Mississippi the band has travelled as far as Kansas City, Missouri; Port Arthur, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina, and Dallas, Texas.
In addition to festivals and special events, The Bluz Boys have appeared at numerous corporate functions and have played several of Mississippi’s leading casino venues, including Beau Rivage, Grand Casino, Ameristar Casino, Harrah’s Casino, Isle of Capri, and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Their 1999 Millennium New Year’s appearance in Destin, Florida teamed them with Fabian and Gary U.S. Bonds.
In June, 2014 the Bluz Boys had the pleasure of performing on-stage with Elwood Blues himself, Dan Aykroyd.
